HR Support Apprenticeship

Much of my work as Headteacher was actually people management. I developed a passion for this. I firmly believe that if you look after the person then you will get the best from the professional.

Through my employer I was able to access a Level 3 Apprenticeship in HR Support which I completed between March 2020 and August 2022. I picked a challenging time to complete the course, during the pandemic where my Headteacher work was busier than ever. However, I was proud of myself for completing the qualification.
